I love this card. There is no other thing I could say about it, really. While I enjoy graphic design and making matching sets of note cards, I also really enjoy creating a one of a kind greeting card like this one.

Sure, I could reproduce this if I wanted to, but there is something to say for the fact that I could just leave it at this and only one person in the world will ever receive a card like this. This one of kind card features a hand cut pearlescent grass green card, yellow, blue, and gray abstract circles on an off-white linen backdrop. Yum. That is all.

Today's design is a set of four note cards in hues of blue. These cards features layer of paper, including fun glossy metallic plaid, and rounded corners. Somehow these cards remind me of the country cottage style. Maybe it is the combination of the blues, plaid, and the rustic kraft paper.

Kind of makes me want to move out of the city and into the countryside.

Just popping in quick before I head off to the farmers market. Today's design shares both traditional and retro details. Textured yellow damask cards paired with aqua and gray triangles are the agenda for today. Take a peek and let me know what you think.

This is definitely a bright and sunny design! Hope your day is just as bright!

Don't worry kiddos. I haven't given up yet! I'm just a little late for my post today! My parents are arriving in Baltimore tomorrow and will be with us for three days, so today was a long day of errands and preparations for their arrival. Hopefully I'll have a chance to post the next few days, but if I don't, rest assured that I have been diligently designing away. And of course I'll update you when I can.

For today's design, I used a light aqua paper that I hand cut into my note cards. I added a dash of cream, a piece of kraft, a swatch of ribbon, and finished the set of with an aqua button.

Blank inside, these note cards offer no sentiment. But sometimes that's all a note card needs to be. And notice that color combination again? Trust me. There's more of that to come. Hope you don't mind. :)

Design a Day Challenge: Day 10

Today's design is more like three designs. I could have hoarded them for the next two days, but figured they're pretty much, kind of, sort of the same thing-- technically. At least, they follow the same design concept. You guys know how much I love simple, so I'm at it again.

Can I just say, there is nothing better than some super bold and fun colors on crisp, clean card stock! Yup-- still addicted to this white linen! In fact, I may just order up some more of it! Nothing like getting a vibrant and clever little greeting card in the mail. If I were you, I'd be snatching these up, but then again I would say that since I designed them, wouldn't I? ;)
